Every scout should of received a 2013 Summer Camp Registration Packet via mail, by now. If your scout has not received one please contact me immediately, so I can get one to you.
Please read through the packet and if you choose to have your scout attend one of the 2013 Summer Camps offered, please help me in getting the following forms. I will need the following turned in at the April Pack Meeting - Thursday, April 25th at St. Louis:
(1) Registration form,
(2) Medical Record Form (please attach a copy of your insurance card to the Medical Record form) and
(3) Proper payment(please see discount chart below)
If you can not attend the Pack Meeting, please contact me and I can try to meet up with you.
We will be turning in all registrations as a Pack by May 1st and taking advantage of the Early Bird Discounts.
After May 1, camp registration need to be turned in directly to Council and the regular fee ($20 more) will apply.
Popcorn Discount Information:
If your scout sold popcorn.... the chart below shows his discount applied to camp registration. This amount can be applied to one Summer Camp of your scouts choice. Dates and info are listed in the Registration Packet.

NOTE: Fee is capped at $75 for all scouts, this is the Early Bird Fee for Day Camp. Example: Scouts selling $800 or more will be attending Day Camp FREE or can apply $75 to another camp.
